Tips for First-Time Rowers
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to:
Reserve a machine (all machines are first come, first served; Fill out a release liability waiver; and Meet with an instructor so we can show you proper rowing technique before class starts.
What to Wear / Bring:
Water; small towel; closed toe shoes… athletic or tennis shoes; form fittted clothing: nothing too loose because you dont want to get caught up and down the slide up and down the slide as you row!
Most important tip for rowing:
Have fun! Enjoy the movement up and down the slide and the sensation of a great full-body workout that burns twice the calories as cycling/running/walking while feeling no impact on the joints!
* There will be no classes on Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
